Real estate graphics: the overlays that sell a listing video

Updated September 18, 20263 min read

What graphics do real estate listing videos need?

A listing video needs four things on screen: the price and key numbers, a status banner like just listed or sold, room labels during the walkthrough, and your contact details at the end. Set your brand colours once and change the address and numbers per property.

A property video is the same shape every time: exterior, rooms, numbers, call the agent. These presets cover those beats so you only retype the address and the price, and they export with a transparent background to sit over your own walkthrough footage.

Five real estate & property presets to start from

Hover any card to play it. Opening one loads it in the editor with every control unlocked.

  • The asking price lifts in over the address, then the bed, bath and floor area figures count into their own columns one by one.

  • A hard-edged banner drives in from the corner with a status word and a notched accent edge, then holds under a coloured stripe.

  • A short stem grows up from the floor and a label wipes open beside a coloured dot, naming the room and its size as you walk in.

  • A contact card rises into frame, a coloured rule splits the name from the details, and each contact line arrives a beat after the last.

  • A hanging sign drops in on a tab, rocks to a stop and settles with the viewing day, time and address stacked beneath the heading.

How to make one in the browser

  1. 01Open a real estate & property presetBrowse the Real Estate & Property category and open the preset closest to what you need. It loads in the editor with every control unlocked.
  2. 02Make it yoursRewrite the text, set your brand colors and font, adjust easing and duration, and switch the aspect ratio for the platform you are posting to.
  3. 03Export the clipChoose MP4 for a normal track or transparent WebM for an overlay, pick a resolution up to 8K, and the file renders on your own machine.

Which format should you export?

Use MP4 when the clip sits on its own track or fills the frame. Use transparent WebM whenever it has to float over your own footage: the alpha channel is real, so no keying or blend mode is needed.

Three tips that make it look intentional

  • Keep the listing card on screen for at least three seconds so the price and room count actually register.
  • Use room tags at the moment you enter each space, not over the doorway shot before it.
  • Export transparent WebM so the overlays sit over your footage without a background plate.

Frequently asked

Can I use these over drone and walkthrough footage?
Yes. Export as transparent WebM and drop the overlay onto a track above your property footage in any editor.
Can I match my brokerage branding?
Fonts, colours and corner radius are all editable, so you can set your brokerage palette once and reuse it across every listing.

Wedding graphics: save the dates, monograms and invitations

Pick a save the date preset, type both names and the date, choose a font and your palette, then export. The result is a short clip you can send in a message, post to a feed or drop at the head of a wedding film.

  • Worship & Faith

Church graphics: the slides a service needs every week

A weekly service repeats the same set: a welcome slide before it starts, a sermon series title, scripture verses on screen during the message, a giving prompt, and an ambient background behind the words. Set the palette once and change the verse and title each week.

  • Tessellation Backgrounds

Tessellation backgrounds: patterns your editor cannot generate

Pick a tessellation preset, set the density and seed, choose two or three colours, then export a seamless loop. The pattern is generated from real geometry each frame, so changing the seed gives a genuinely different tiling rather than a shifted copy of the same one.
