Agreement

These terms govern your use of velements (velements.store), including the editor, previews, token purchases and downloads. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use the site on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

You need an account to buy tokens and download clips. You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password.
Email and password accounts must confirm their email address with a code before they can be used.
Give accurate information, keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.

Tokens are sold in packs: 100 tokens cost $10. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases.
One token is spent each time you download a finished clip, whatever the format or resolution. Previewing and editing are free.
New accounts receive 5 free credits, one per download. Free credits have no cash value.
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Tokens are added to your balance once the payment is confirmed. Underpaid or mismatched payments may be held for review.
Tokens do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Purchases are final once tokens are credited, except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment is refunded, the tokens from that order are removed from your balance.
If a download fails because of a problem on our side, the token may be returned and the license issued for it becomes void.

Each download comes with a license in your name. What you may and may not do with the clip is set out on the License page, which forms part of these terms.
The velements site, editor, presets, animation designs and code remain our property. Apart from the license to the clips you download, these terms give you no rights to them.

You keep all rights in text, logos and images you add to an animation. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us.
You are responsible for having the rights to anything you add, and for making sure the finished clip does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

Do not use the site to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringes the rights of others.
Do not copy, scrape or resell the presets or the editor, or rebuild them as templates, preset packs or animation tools.
Do not interfere with the site, bypass rate limits, payments or security, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or access other people's accounts.
Do not create multiple accounts to collect extra free credits.

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or are involved in fraud. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
Licenses for clips you downloaded before your account was closed remain valid, unless the download was refunded or obtained through fraud.

We work to keep the site available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
We may add, change or remove presets and features. Export options depend on your browser and device.

velements is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced by email or on the site before they take effect, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept them.
