License

Every download issues a license in your name. Its id is embedded in the video file and included as a LICENSE.txt in the ZIP. Terms version 1.0.

Grant

velements grants the licensee a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the clip rendered in this download.
Each license covers one download of one clip. Downloading again issues a new license.

Use the clip in personal and commercial projects: videos, films, ads, broadcasts, streams, social media, websites, apps, presentations and games.
Use the clip in work made for clients and hand the finished work to them.
Sell, license or distribute the clip itself, including on stock footage marketplaces, with no attribution required.
Modify, cut, recolor, composite and combine the clip with other material.

Redistribute or sell velements presets, the editor, or reproductions of them as editable templates, project files, preset packs or animation tools.
Claim exclusive rights in the underlying animation design, register it with content identification systems such as YouTube Content ID, or enforce claims against other licensees. Other users can create similar clips from the same preset.
Use the clip as a trademark, logo or registered design.
Use the clip in content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful or deceptive.

The licensee is responsible for text, logos and images they add to the clip and must hold the rights to them.

Fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License or Apache License and icons under ISC or MIT licenses, all of which permit use in rendered video.

The clip is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. velements is not liable for damages arising from its use.
