   Decide what the badge is saying

   Sale Tag Pop suits a discount or a flash deal. Stamp Slam suits a verdict, such as approved, verified or sold out. Price Tag Swing suits a single price beside a product, and Ribbon Unfold suits an award or a best seller line where the tone should be calmer.

   Type the offer

   Title holds the main line and Subtitle holds the condition, like Today only. Set Font, Weight, Size and Text color, then Primary for the badge body and Secondary for its detail. Ribbon Unfold adds Accent and Easing. Rotation carries a preset tilt, such as minus 14 degrees on Stamp Slam.

   Time the exit

   Defaults are 2 or 3 seconds and the limit is 15. Sale Tag Pop and Ribbon Unfold leave by themselves at the end of the clip, while Starburst Sticker, Stamp Slam and Price Tag Swing hold. Pick the corner with Position, and on 9:16 check it against the captions.

   Export without a plate

   All five presets start transparent, which is the whole point of a sticker. Use WebM with alpha in CapCut or Resolve. Premiere Pro and After Effects cannot open WebM without a plugin, so give them a PNG sequence. MP4 would wrap the badge in a solid rectangle.

   Land it on the beat

   In After Effects, choose File > Import > File, select the first frame and tick PNG Sequence, then set the rate under Interpret Footage. Slide the layer until the stamp lands on a beat in the music. In CapCut, import the WebM to an overlay track and resize it there.

  A 50 percent off tag popping onto the corner of a shoe shot in a weekend sale ad, with a second cut carrying the deadline as its own short badge.

• Product listing videos

  A swinging price tag beside the product in a shop listing or a catalogue clip, where the price needs to be read before the viewer scrolls past.

• Review verdicts

  A review channel ending each product segment with Stamp Slam, using words such as Recommended or Skip it, so viewers skipping through can still find the verdict at a glance.

Three tips that make it look intentional

• Say one thing: the discount or the deadline, not both.
• Angle the sticker slightly so it reads as applied rather than rendered.
• Keep it in a corner where it cannot cover the product.

Three things people get wrong

• Covering the product with the offer. The badge sits in the corner the shot leaves empty.
• Animating the badge on a loop for the whole scene rather than popping once and holding.
• Writing a percentage that the voiceover then contradicts.
