How do you animate an org chart or flowchart without keyframing every box?

Three tips that make it look intentional

Order matters more than styling: the reveal follows the hierarchy, so read your labels top-down before you start.
Branching controls the shape of the tree. Two children per parent reads as a classic org chart, three or four spreads it wide.
Give the funnel and Gantt presets real numbers; the bands and bars are sized from them, not faked.

Three things people get wrong

Cramming a whole company into one chart. Split it by department and the boxes stay readable at phone size.
Leaving the duration too short for a deep tree. Each level needs time to land or the reveal turns into a flash.
Using a Venn for things that do not actually overlap. If there is no shared region, a quadrant or a funnel says it better.
